Koala Park Sanctuary is a private zoo in West Pennant Hills, a northwest suburb of New South Wales capital Sydney, about 27 kilometers from the heart of Sydney. Transportation is not very convenient and suggests driving yourself.
Koala Park Sanctuary covers an area of about 4 hectares and is not large, but it collects a wide range of unique animals from Australia, feeds kangaroos, koala photos (free), look at wool shears, and so on. Koala Park Sanctuary allows visitors to touch and take photos with koala. In addition to koala, there are peacocks, penguins, parrots, Australian wild dogs, emus, kangaroos, ecmoles and some local birds in the zoo.
