Burning Palms Beach is located in (Royal National Park), a royal national park south of Sydney, the capital of New South Wales, about 50 kilometers from downtown Sydney.

Burning Palms Beach is about 500m long, and there are four rivers converging into the vast South Pacific (South Pacific Ocean). Burning Palms Beach is a very popular surfing beach because of its strong wind and strong waves, with an average wave of 1.5 meters.

In addition, Burning Palms Beach is located on the only way to the famous online celebrity attraction: Figure 8 Pool.


How do I get to:

  • Self-driving: navigation search: Garrawarra Farm Carpark, this is the nearest parking lot from Burning Palms Beach, there is a fee. After coming out of the parking lot, you will see a locked gate, on the other side of the gate, is a road sign with the words "Coast Walk". According to the instructions of the road sign, it takes about 1.8 kilometers to get to Burning Palms Beach, one way (continue to walk about 1 kilometer to eight-character Lake);
  • Note that if you don't go to, Garrawarra Farm Carpark early on weekends, there will be no parking spaces, only on the side of the road, or in the nearby parking lot to walk again, but it will take a longer distance to walk;
  • Bus: From Sydney Central Station, take South Coast Line (SCO) to Oxford Station.
