Din Tai Fung is a famous small cage boutique. It was founded in Taiwan in 1972. In the past few decades, it has gone through a glorious process from founding a brand to flourishing. It has opened stores in Japan, the United States, China, Singapore, Australia, and other countries. In Hong Kong, Din Tai Fung, also has two outlets named Michelin 1-star 's. In 1993, Din Tai Fung was named "one of the top ten gourmet restaurants in the world" by the New York Times, and it has become a representative of traditional Chinese cuisine in Taiwan.
