Cherry Selection Tips:

  • Look at the color: deep red or dark red cherries are usually sweet;
  • Look at the shape: the more concave the pedicel is, the sweeter the cherry will be.
  • Look at hardness: gently pinch the cherry with your hand, if it is elastic, very thick, that means the cherry is very sweet, water is also more adequate; on the contrary, if the cherry is very soft, that means it is too ripe;
  • Look at the skin:the outer skin is the best to be slightly hard because such a cherry fruit fly does not go in, leaving no eggs;On the other hand, the shiny cherries are healthier and fresh;
  • Look at folds:if there are folds on the surface of the cherry peel, it indicates that the fruit is dehydrated, which may deteriorate or lose water;
  • Look at the bottom pedicel: if there is blackening, it indicates that it is no longer fresh, and the green one should be selected.
