Olinda Falls is located in the (Olinda Forest) part of the Olinda forest in (Dandenong Ranges National Park), range National Park, on the eastern outskirts of Melbourne, the capital of Victoria, about 40 kilometers from downtown Melbourne.
Olinda Falls is not so large as a waterfall, more like a murmuring stream in a mountain stream, from the nearest parking place, along the waterfall path (Falls Track), with the sound of running water and fresh air, walking about 300m to the waterfall, which is also the favorite habitat of Australian wildlife, and may encounter emus, kangaroo and possum.
