Murray Rose Pool, a seven-schilling beach between Double and Point Piper in the famed two wealthy areas of Sydney's eastern outskirts of the NSW capital, is a popular beach swimming spot in Sydney Harbour.
Murray Rose Pool's privacy is so good that it takes a luxurious office to get there that it can be mistaken for a private beach. As a natural water pool, it's also very safe, with trestle-style shark nets on the beach, changing clothes and showers on the beach, and a few small restaurants near the shore, so it's popular with locals, well-known, and it's often crowded on good weekends, whether it's a bikini-clad sunbathed beauty, a kid digging a bunker on the beach, or a shark-enclosed safety pool in the pool where everyone finds their fun.
