Introduction of The Bridge Room

The Bridge Room is located in Sydney, the capital of New South Wales, near the roundabout wharf (Circular Quay), is an upscale western-style restaurant.

The Bridge Room is one of Sydney's top restaurants, and the Sydney Herald Morning Guide, the food guide, awards Sydney and New South Wales the best restaurants every year, and presents one, two or three chefs' hats to the top of the list. Its meaning is similar to Michelin-starred, three hats are the highest honor, and The Bridge Room is one of the three hat restaurants selected in 2017.

The Bridge Room's chef, Ross Luster (Ross Lusted), does not follow the usual path and uses Japanese charcoal cooking to cook a variety of dishes. As a top-end restaurant, of course, the price is also expensive, the price of a dish starts at A $60, serves a large quantity, the quality is impeccable, quite popular with foodies. If you order a chef's recommended menu, six courses will cost only $160.
