Introduction of Liffey Falls

Liffey Falls is located in (Liffey Forest Reserve), a reserve in the north of Tasmania, about 30 kilometers by car from the small town of Deloraine and about 10 kilometers from the small town of (Liffey).

Liffey Falls, located on the Lifei River (Liffey River), is a multi-layered waterfall with a total drop of 120 m and 160 m, starting with the Atlantic Ocean layer (Great Western Tiers), which is 514 m above sea level. From top to bottom each waterfall is named: Alexandra Falls (Alexandra Falls), Hopton Falls (Hopetoun Falls), Falls (Leap Falls also known as Albert Falls) and Victoria Falls (Victoria Falls).

Visitors can walk down the walkway from the parking lot upstream of the waterfall, with beautiful scenery, ferns and a very old and huge safroll tree, which takes about two hours to commute. The best season to enjoy waterfalls is winter, and the best time is after snow or rain.
