Josef ChromeWines is a modern winery with a simple design and is equipped with advanced wine-making equipment. The grapes are treated with a vibrating funnel to gently transfer the grapes to the stem, with a smooth plastic cover on the stem to protect the delicate grapes. The grapes are then gently pressed onto the press by a peristaltic pump. The winery uses the advanced German-style press to allow the grapes to press the grape juice with more refined flavors at a lower pressure. In the brewing of the black pino, all the grapes were fermented in an open, small-scale fermentation vessel. During the fermentation process, the wine bottle can be used for gently stirring the wine cap by a pneumatic insertion device which is jointly developed by the villa main body, so that the contact between the grape skin and the grape juice is promoted, and the extraction degree of the pigment and the tannin is improved.
