However, with the efforts of the planting team, they customized a very suitable planting method for the vineyard, and the quality of the cultivated grapes was quite good. The vineyard is affected by a mild marine climate, with a variety of soils, black alkaline clay, covered with brown stone soil on the ancient coarse basalt bedrock. There are a variety of grape varieties planted in the park, including Pinot Noir (Pinot Noir), Chardonnay (Chardonnay), Riesling (Riesling), Cinnamo (Pinot Gris) and Acacia (Sauvignon Blanc).

Josef Chromy Wines has always adhered to the brewing philosophy of grape wine, which can truly show the characteristics of origin and the uniqueness of each year. In order to ensure the integrity and exquisite flavor of the grapes, the winery will send the grapes to the most advanced breweries in the region for brewing. Combining modern advanced equipment with traditional brewing technology, winery can reduce the soft way of artificial intervention to make wine as much as possible, so that the wine can show subtle and exquisite flavor characteristics in cool climate area.

Josef ChromeWines is a modern winery with a simple design and is equipped with advanced wine-making equipment. The grapes are treated with a vibrating funnel to gently transfer the grapes to the stem, with a smooth plastic cover on the stem to protect the delicate grapes. The grapes are then gently pressed onto the press by a peristaltic pump. The winery uses the advanced German-style press to allow the grapes to press the grape juice with more refined flavors at a lower pressure. In the brewing of the black pino, all the grapes were fermented in an open, small-scale fermentation vessel. During the fermentation process, the wine bottle can be used for gently stirring the wine cap by a pneumatic insertion device which is jointly developed by the villa main body, so that the contact between the grape skin and the grape juice is promoted, and the extraction degree of the pigment and the tannin is improved. The design of all the wine-making equipment used in the winery is to protect the delicate flavor of the grape as much as possible, and provide the guarantee for the final high-quality wine.

Josef Chromy Wines produces Pepik,Josef Chromy and Zdar3 wines, of which the Pepik series is nicknamed the Czech Republic by a man named Joseph (Josef). The; Josef Chromy series, which is suitable for daily drinking, shows the uniqueness of the cool climate area vineyard variety, which is elegant, subtle and complex.
