Buxton Trout & Salmon Farm (Buxton Trout & Salmon Farm), a small town in the inland mountains of central Victoria, is about 10 kilometers by car from Marysville and about 100 kilometers from Melbourne, the capital of Victoria.

With more than 50 years of history, Buxton Trout & Salmon Farm is Australia's first commercial trout farm. The water you feed here comes from the snow fields on the lakes and mountains and then drifts down the surging Stevenson Falls through its tributaries to create a perfect place to grow clean and natural food.

At Buxton Trout & Salmon Farm, visitors can taste the farm's famously smoked salmon (Mountain Ash Smoked Trout) and premium hand-pressed salmon caviar, as well as barbecue with children, feed fish and relax.

Of course, the most popular activity is fishing. In the picturesque natural jungle environment, newcomers and veterans alike can experience the joy of catching rainbow trout or Atlantic salmon, and then cook fresh catch fish by the river. Combined with mandshurica wood smoked trout or hand-squeezed salmon caviar, the world is delicious.
