Litchfield National Park is located in the northern part of the Northern Territory and is about 135 kilometers from Darwin, the capital of the Northern Territory. The town, Batchelle, is located on the side of the National Park and is known as the national park's portal, covering about 148.47 square kilometres.
From Darwin to South along the Stunart Hwy, it's about two hours to reach the Litchfield National Park. There are many spectacular waterfalls in the park, the luxuriant tropical rain forests, the steep sand cliffs, and the wonderful termes, the natural swimming pool at the bottom of the lake, and all the time. There are campsite and commercial accommodation in the park.
- Litchfield National Park is the perfect place to see two spectacular large-scale termite piles: two-meter high-density Termite Mounds and four-meter high-density Termite Mounds;
- Florence Falls (Florence Falls) is located in the park, high and low fall of 15 meters, a white waterfall down the cliff, the spring clear to form a natural stream lake, tourists can swim in the lake, or camp by the lake cave to feel the amorous feelings and habitat of nature;
- Tolmer Falls also has no flavor, and there are so many chrysanthemums on the cliff of the waterfall. To protect the nests of these bats, visitors are prohibited from swimming in the water;
- The Wangui Falls is one of the most popular attractions in the park, though it's not as spectacular as the Roland Waterfall, but the stream of water and the environment are elegant, as if the visitors forget the world, and all the time will be in the magic of nature;
- The lost city (Lost City) is also one of the famous scenic spots in the park. Due to the geological changes of hundreds of millions of years ago, there are many red sandstone pillars between the cliffs, like the disappeared ancient urban sites, which have fallen to this day in the vicissitudes of the years.
