Introduction of Sepia Restaurant

Sepia Restaurant is an upscale western-style restaurant in (Darling Harbour), Darling Port, in downtown Sydney, New South Wales.

Sepia Restaurant is one of the top restaurants in Sydney. The Sydney Morning Herald food guide, (The Sydney Morning Herald Good Food Guide), awards the best restaurants in Sydney and New South Wales every year and gives one to the top of them. Two or three chef's hats, meaning similar to Michelin-starred, are the highest honors, while Sepia Restaurant is one of the three hat restaurants selected in 2017.

Sepia Restaurant is a collaboration between chef Martin Benn (Martin Benn) and renowned seafood wholesaler George Costi (George Costi). Japanese cuisine has always been the eternal theme of Sepia Restaurant, offering a taste menu of 5 and 9 dishes. If you want to taste all the dishes, the editor's suggestion is to choose the latter ($215 per person).

The menu includes carbon grilled David Blackmore and beef and dark forest chocolate desserts. The menu also offers a wide selection of more than 20 local and foreign wines. For plate-conscious guests, Sepia Restaurant is one of Sydney's most food-conscious restaurants, each serving a double taste bud and art.
