Western Australian Museum-Perth (Western Australian Museum) is located in Perth, the capital of Western Australia, and is part of the (Perth Cultural Centre), the cultural center of Perth.
In the 1890's Western Australian Museum-Perth was integrated with the museum, and by 1959 they were separate and focused on different exhibits. The main collections and exhibitions of the Western Australian Museum are the Natural Sciences, Anthropology, Archaeology and Western Australian History, such as the long-standing exhibition of dinosaur fossils, the Australian Indigenous History Show, and the Western Australian History and Culture Exhibition. Marine life shows, mummies, birds and butterflies exhibitions along the northern coast of Western Australia, and a number of other tours will also be on display here from time to time.
