There are three categories of Australian employer-sponsored immigration-related visas, 457 visas, 186 visas and 187 visas, of which 186 and 187 are permanent residents and 457 are temporary visas, as long as they are approved. Visa is part of Australia's employer-sponsored skilled migration program, also known as employer-sponsored migration, or employer-nominated immigrants. The Australian government allows companies or institutions in Australia to hire professionals from abroad, and guarantees that employed persons will be granted a one-time permanent residence right to work and live in Australia on a visa program.

Visa application scope: applications are made in first-tier Australian cities, including Sydney,Melbourne,Brisbane,Gold Coast, Newcastle (Newcastle), Wolonggang (Wollongong). Visa 186, a combined 121 and 856 visa, can be applied both within Australia and abroad. Australia's employer-sponsored skilled migration program, also commonly referred to as employer-sponsored migration. The Australian Government allows businesses or institutions in Australia to hire professionals from overseas and guarantees that employed persons will work and live in Australia with one-time permanent residency rights. 186 there are three categories of visas:.

  • The transition to permanent residence category (Temporary Residence Transition stream), is applicable to applicants who hold 457 visas and work for the current employer for more than two years, and their employer intends to offer a permanent position.
  • Direct application for permanent residence category (Direct Entry stream), is applicable to applicants who have more than three years of relevant work experience, through career assessment, English IELTS up to 4 6 applicants (note: job assessment and English requirements are exempted under certain conditions)
  • The labor contract category (Agreement stream), applies to applicants who obtain employer guarantees by means of labour agreements with the government or regional immigration agreements (not applicable to ordinary applicants).
  • To be nominated by an approved employer in Australia;
  • The age is less than 50.
  • (B) there is no need for career assessment;
  • IELTS is no less than 4 5;
  • Hold a 457 visa to work for the employer for more than 2 years.
  • (B) require the adoption of a career assessment;
  • More than 3 years of relevant work experience;
  • IELTS is no less than 4 6.
  • If you apply for this category, you need to meet the age, occupation and English requirements specified in the agreement.

186 Visa approval proc

The visa application may include the spouse and children of the principal applicant, but a separate visa application fee is required. If your spouse or your 18-year-old child IELTS does not reach a total score of 4.5, you will need to pay an additional 4890 Australian dollars per person (2016) for language learning.

The applicant's whole family needs a medical examination, and applicants over the age of 16 need to issue a certificate of non-crime. The applicant's work and personal information changes in the process of visa processing should be notified to the Immigration Board in a timely manner.
