The last issue of independent skilled immigrants invited accountants finally issued quotas, but all the applicants with an immigration score of 85 points were invited.
Because the independent skilled immigrants 189 is based on the quota and then high to low points, so the accounting 85 minutes and 80 minutes to wait until the next invitation, 80 points below, then slowly wait.

According to the most recent figures, if the monthly quota is as low as ever, then at the end of the current fiscal year (as of July 1), it is expected to be as follows:
Accountant: (in 85 seconds, the 80-minute invitation is expected to end on December 11, 2017, and the 75-minute invitation to be on October 18, 2017), that is, on July 1, it is not possible to invite the 80-minute accounting applicant submitted on December 11 last year. We need to wait for the first half year. The 75 points have not been moved in a long time, and there is little chance until July 1, when independent skilled immigrants adjust, and a large number of quotas will be issued. But the vision is impractical.

Now especially the hot profession, basically the competition is hot, all in the high section. Accounting audit 80, IT 75, engineers mostly career 75, non-hot at least 70. A little lower is a theoretical possibility to be invited, but certainly the first applicants to submit. New entrants can hardly wait.
In other words, if you want to independent skilled immigrants, it is basically aimed at these points. What if it doesn't? If you can't, of course, you can only continue to score!

Australia's skilled immigrants adopt a scoring system, that is, the usual heard of immigrants to be added to the category. These include several categories: 189 visas, 190 visas and 489 visas.
189 Independent skilled migrants
The scoring system for skilled immigrants is based on the following criteria

Between 18 and 24 years old: 25 minutes
25 to 32 years old: 30 minutes

Note: applicants for 189,190 and 489 visas in Australia must provide proof that they have passed the relevant vocational assessment when submitting their letters of intent to emigrate. And nominating careers must be on the Australian technical skills list (MLTSSL).

Doctorate from an Australian university or an overseas university accredited by Australia: 20 points
Bachelor's degree, honorary bachelor's degree, or master's degree from an Australian university or an overseas university accredited by Australia: 15 points
Received a diploma or industry certificate from an Australian institution, or an award or academic qualification recognized by an assessment body: 10 points
Australian learning requirements
An Australian educational institution grants one or more degrees, diplomas or industry certificates and meets Australia's 2-year full-time study requirement of 5 points.

Remote areas of Australia or low-density areas of population (excluding distance education): 5
Technical qualifications of spouses: 5
(PY): 5 for at least one year of career in Australia in the first 4 years of the invitation
Note: remote areas or low-population growth cities in Australia include: Victoria (except Melbourne), South Australia, North, Tasmania, Queensland (except Brisbane and Gold Coast), Western Australia (except pace), New South Wales (Sydney, Newcastle, except Central Coast and Wolonggang)
Nomination / guarantee
Goverment nomination for Australia (Class 190 visas for Australia only): 5 points
Obtain goverment nomination or kinship guarantee in Australia (category 489 visa for Australia only): 10 points
190 state guaranteed skilled immigrants
Getting a state goverment guarantee (State Sponsorship) has an extra 5 plus points, so applicants who have reached 55 points can consider applying for a state goverment guarantee plus 5 points plus a state goverment guarantee to reach the minimum score of 60 points. Applicants, of course, need to score 55 points to qualify for state goverment guarantees. It is worth noting that the state goverment guarantee bonus and kinship bonus can not be repeated.
State-guaranteed occupations can be listed on the MLTSSL or STSOL occupation list, as well as on the list of occupations guaranteed by the goverment in a state, and pass a career assessment. Each state may have different guarantees for different occupations.
489 remote areas / kinship-guaranteed skilled migrants
The remote area / kinship-guaranteed skilled migration visa is a temporary visa, which is guaranteed by the applicant by obtaining a guarantee from the remote state / territory goverment or by a relative of the designated area. Then through the scoring test to obtain the invitation to complete the skilled immigrants visa, valid for 4 years. After obtaining a 489 visa, applicants need to live in remote areas of the guaranteed state for two years and work full-time for one year. They can apply for a transfer 887 permanent residence visa, do not need to re-apply for a career assessment, re-submit a certificate of English proficiency, and do not need to score points.
The score obtained through state / territory goverment or kinship guarantees in a designated area is 10 points, which means that the applicant can get 60 points if he or she reaches 50 points. Kinship needs: children, parents, grandparents, brothers and sisters, aunts and uncles, nephews and nieces, or cousins, etc.
Basically, if your IELTS reaches less than 7777 or the same pte, independent skilled immigrants are unlikely. Especially popular profession, this kind of accountant must reach IELTS 8888 above condition.
Otherwise, only remote areas can be chosen. Because of the bonus, there is even a state guarantee of 190 guarantees. As for 489, there are plenty of guaranteed jobs, but they have to choose remote areas. Many friends who have completed their studies in cities such as Sydney and Melbourne are traveling in remote areas to emigrate.
Difficult, now independent skilled migration is difficult. Soon the fiscal year is coming to an end. The annual new policy changes on July 1st are not sure if there will be miracles.
