Trigg Beach is located in the western suburb of Perth, the capital of Western Australia, about 15 kilometers from the city of Perth.
Trigg Beach is the best surfing area in the Perth area and a great place for beach fishing, bird watching, swimming and surfing. The limestone exposed to the beach is the habitat of spotted cormorants, silvered gulls, crowned terns and fairy terns. Wide-striped dolphins are occasionally seen on the sea.
Every summer, Trigg Beach is occupied by surfers, while in inshore areas, swimmers swim in blue-and-green water and enjoy the fun of pure white beaches. Trigg Beach has lawn areas, barbecue racks, small shops, restaurants and public dressing rooms. Lifeguards patrol in summer to ensure the safety of surfers and swimmers.
