Introduction of Little Sahara

Little Sahara is located in South Australia's famous resort kangaroo island, south of (Kangaroo Island), in (Vivonne Bay), about 53 kilometers from (Kingscote), the largest town on kangaroo island, and about 10 kilometers from the main town of (Vivonne Bay).

Little Sahara is a natural system of sand dunes, covering about 2 square kilometers, large and small, with a maximum elevation of about 70 meters. Little Sahara desert is a very strange desert landscape on kangaroo island. It sounds like a sea island like kangaroo island, but it does have, Little Sahara that enriches the landscape of kangaroo island, and visitors will admire the unique sand landscape, the meticulous white dunes miles from the sea. It is also natural to create a different sport,: Little Sahara desert sand-skiing, sitting on a skateboard, sliding down from the top of the dunes, and galloping across the vast desert would be an unprecedented experience.

From Breeze Bay to the east along South Coast Road, about 10 kilometers or so you can see the signs of Little Sahara. After entering the service center, you can rent sand skateboards, sand bicycles for all kinds of sand activities, and you can rent nothing, just walk around everywhere. Because of the risks associated with sand exploration, the service center will require each visitor to sign a safety statement.
