Brisbane Water National Park

Brisbane Water National Park, Woy Woy Rd, Kariong NSW 2250, Australia

Introduction of Brisbane Water National Park

Brisbane Water National Park is located in the southwest suburb of Gosford (Gosford) in Central Coast, NSW, about 80 kilometers from Sydney, the capital of New South Wales, and covers an area of 115.06 square kilometers.

Founded in 1959, Brisbane Water National Park is located south of the Hoxburi River (Hawkesbury River) and has nothing to do with Brisbane, Queensland's capital. It was named after the (Brisbane Water) waters of Brisbane in the east.

Brisbane Water National Park is an ideal place to enjoy wild flowers, jungle hiking, bird watching and sightseeing. The national park is dominated by sandstone landforms, and indigenous cultural sites in the park can be seen everywhere. Visitors can enjoy wonderful sculptures at Bogandri (Bulgandry) on the (Woy Road) side of Voy Road, as well as beautiful views at the (Warrah Trig) and Staples (Staples) observation stations in the Vara Triangle. The Soames Falls (Somersby Falls) and Gilaku (Girrakool) picnic areas feature state-of-the-art picnic facilities and jungle walkways.
