Queensland state guarantee policy adjustment: off-state application

If you want to apply for a Kunzhou guarantee, you must work in Kunzhou, or a Master or PhD graduate. So if you're in the state now, you have to move to Queensland and meet the job requirements before submitting your EOI.

If you are an out-of-state applicant and have received a state guarantee invitation from Kunzhou, you will not be affected by this policy update. But Kunzhou will no longer issue invitations to outsiders.

If you want to go to Kunju to apply for state guarantees in the future, you need to meet the state guarantee requirements of the Immigration Service (DIBP):

DIBP

  • EOI scored 60 points;
  • Career assessment of nominated occupations;
  • Under 45 years of age;
  • To IELTS 4 6 or PTE4 50;

In addition to this, there are additional requirements for the BSMQ of the Queensland Government, depending on the Stream,:

  • Work State guarantee:
  • The nominated occupation is on the list of occupations guaranteed by Kunzhou;
  • 190. Applicants provide full-time job certificates related to nominated occupations over the past six months;
  • 489 applicants provide full-time job certificates related to nominated occupations over the past four months;
  • It must be the work that begins after the graduation of the relevant degree;
  • (a) work contracts for the next 12 months (at least 35 hours per week) provided by legal employers in Kunzhou;
