Townsville Town Common Conservation Park

Cape Pallarenda Rd, Town Common QLD 4810, Australia

Introduction of Townsville Town Common Conservation Park

Townsville Town Common Conservation Park is located on the northern outskirts of Townsville, the fourth largest city on Queensland's northeast coast, about 6 kilometers from Townsville and covers an area of about 35 square kilometers.

Townsville Town Common Conservation Park is a paradise for bird watchers, a pristine area of open woodland, grasslands, swamps and vines that provide shelter and shelter for up to 280 species of birds. The summer Rain Water turned the area into a vast wetland, attracting the arrival of a large flock of waterbirds. There are six scenic spots in the park, each of which offers excellent bird watching opportunities. Watch large flocks of magpie geese, Australian cranes, finches, wrens and fan-tailed warblers from hidden birdwatchers.
