Logans Beach coastal town of southern victoria Warrnambool, in addition to its clarity and water, the beach has a nice whale-watching terrace (Logans Beach Whale Watching Platform). Every winter (late may through early october), southern right whales return to where they give birth. Luckily, they can be seen on the terrace, and in summer there is a beautiful sea view.
Buying a take-out lunch, taking it to the beach, is the first choice for most of the time for less tourists to Warrnambool.
