Hunter Valley, also known as the Hunter area, is located in eastern New South Wales, about 120km from Sydney, the capital of New South Wales, with a total area of 29145 square kilometers. Hunter Valley is the largest valley in New South Wales and a famous tourist destination. Pogobin (Pokolbin), located on the northern outskirts of Sessnock, is the most well-known core town of Hunter Valley, surrounded by many fine wineries and (Hunter Valley Visitor Information Centre), the tourist center in the Hunter Valley area.
