The two pavilions are located across the Yalá River and can be reached within five minutes of walking distance.

Since the National Gallery of Victoria was inaugurated on St. Coda Road in 1968, the collection has doubled to over 70,000. The fully redesigned pavilion, as Melbourne veritable landmark, is well placed to accommodate any of the most impressive exhibits in the lower hemisphere (Southern Hemisphere). Also unique is the architecture of the Victoria National Gallery International Museum. The blue tower is reflected in the water and becomes a unique view. The most special is the gate, which is a screen wall made of glass mirror, and the clear water pouring down the glass mirror like a misty waterfall.
