Introduction of Creswick Regional Park

Creswick Regional Park (Creswick Regional Park, also called the Krewick National Forest Creswick State Forest), located in the south of Victoria, about 20 kilometers north of Ballarat, Victoria's second-largest city, and about 30 kilometers from Dell Ford's (Daylesford). About 120km from Victoria's capital Melbourne, it covers an area of 970 hectares.

Between 1950 and 1960, Creswick Regional Park's forests were heavily felled to provide timber for surrounding cities and gold mines, and there were many gold mining sites in the forest itself. Creswick Regional Park is a paradise for various native wildlife, wild koalas, kangaroos. Koalas can be seen everywhere, every spring, colorful wild flowers can be seen everywhere. Lake St. George's (St Georges Lake) in the park is a man-made lake with beautiful scenery, where visitors can walk along the trails of ancient hills, explore the remains of the gold rush era, and just have a picnic on the bank of Lake St. George.
