Yellow Water is located in the middle of the Kakadu National Park, the world's cultural and natural heritage in the Northern Territory.
Yellow Water is actually a wetland, not a river. No matter in the dry season or in the rainy season, there is plenty of water, so the Yellow Water cruise ship, (Yellow Water Cruise), takes a cruise ship to watch wild animals in the Yellow Water territory throughout the year, such as saltwater alligators and various kinds of water birds that inhabit this area, and so on. It's one of Kakaduri's best-known tours, and it can be said that you haven't been to Kakadu without a Yellow Water cruise.
The scenery along the way is picturesque, but the scenery is only a backdrop, the protagonist here is a fierce saltwater alligator, you can see a lot of crocodiles on the way on board, if you are lucky, you can also see the process of crocodiles preying. Such an experience is a rare experience.
The cruise ship has 6 shifts a day, can choose 90 minutes or 120 minutes tour time, need to book in advance on the website or the telephone. More than 40 kilometers southwest of (Jabiru), the main town of Kakadu National Park, you can see the intersection of (Cooinda) and Yellow Water in the residential area.
