Lake Tyrrell, covering more than 20, 000 hectares, is the largest salt lake in Victoria.
The only way to get to the salt lake is a small town called (Sea Lake), about 430km northwest of Melbourne, where residents basically depend on crops for a living.
From Melbourne, take the M80 Highway, turn M79 to Bendigo (Bendigo), for about two hours to have a lunch in Bendigo. By the way, we can take a look at this town, which is also famous for gold mines. Because of time, we didn`t stay much. We went on the road to the final destination, the town of SeaLake. After coming out of Bendigo, on A79, it takes less than three hours to get to the town, and the scenery along the way is also very beautiful. The rice fields and green spaces are in a good mood.

After arriving at SeaLake town and then driving to salt lake to get to town, you can go to the gas station to replenish oil or something, and then you know why.

After arriving at the off road, it must be a yellow line. Look, don`t drive to the side. The yellow line is completely fine. It`s hard. Drive all the way to the red triangle, a large flat land, if camping can camp here.
The blue area above the picture is the salt lake, very close. If you want friends who don`t want camping, book the hotel in advance. Go to Booking or agoda. This is the enemy who stops and campers. The situation is good and close to the lake.
The most recommended way to play is a large number of camping, because after night, looking up is the Milky way, calm water reflected stars, the scenery is spectacular and shocking.
However, we should also refer to the wind and temperature on the same day, if the wind is strong, the salt lake will be uneven, the shooting effect is not good, if it is too cold, there is no shelter near the salt lake, so once the wind starts at night, it will be very cold, so choose to go now, or suggest that everyone put on thick enough clothes. Watch out for colds ~
Second, it would be a good choice if it wasn`t for camping enthusiasts, or if it wasn`t like watching and shooting all night, going to a small group, taking pictures with each other, and not having to worry about driving on the road. How to filmed the Milky way:
The best thing to shoot the Milky Way must be a full camera and a large aperture wide-angle lens, but after all, many friends won`t buy these, maybe you have 600D or 70D, the lens is 1855, the aperture is 3.55.6, these may not be the most beautiful picture, but you can still try.
If the camera parameters are set, adjust the focal segment to the maximum (the smallest end of the number), select the manual focus (the forehead AF/MF, next to the lens selects MF), and then manually screw it to infinity a little bit back, and the aperture is adjusted to the maximum (the maximum), ISO of the smallest aperture is adjusted to 6400 or higher, shutter 30 seconds. These values should be set in the manual file, and then add tripods to shoot, 30 seconds later to see the effect ~ there may be a lot of noise, but after all, this is your Milky way ~
Let`s talk about the full picture. If a friend with a full picture should at least have a certain understanding of his camera, I won`t repeat it. Here I use the Canon5D3 16 ≤ 35 f2.8L lens, with specific parameters, the shutter for 30 seconds (above this value will have a star orbit), aperture F2.8, iso3200-6400..
I shoot here because I use a lot of flash, so the exposure will be very strange. Double flash high speed synchronous flash, front curtain synchronization. The one that is very bright is the outer cover of a flash.
If you want to shoot the Galaxy Arch Bridge, put the camera up, then adjust the angle position, shoot one by one, do not change the vertical angle, rotate horizontally to ensure that each picture can overlap.
