Frazier Island (Fraser Island), on the World Heritage List, is like an olive leaf floating quietly on the blue sea of the South Pacific Ocean on Australia's eastern coast. Moving sand dunes, high hanging lakes, colorful sandstone, clear bay, white sand beaches, sandbanks hidden in the jungle, the quiet rain forest, constitute its unique beautiful landscape.
After more than 70 million years of precipitation, Fraser Island not only has the world's oldest, most complete coastal sand system, but also the world's largest sand island. Native people who have lived on the island for more than 5,500 years Butchulla called it K'gari—— paradise.

The vibrant East coast

At the highest point of the Faysa coastline is the Indian horn (Indian Head), where not only sharks, dolphins, manatees, sea turtles, devil fish and so on can be seen, but also in the annual July to November whale watching season, the humpback whale mother and son in the sea to rumble, play.

Rainforests in the sand
