Nobbys Beach is located in Newcastle., the second largest city in New South Wales.
Nobbys Beach lies on the narrow promontory at the entrance of the Hunter River (Hunter River), facing the Pacific Ocean, close to (Fort Scratchley), one of the most popular city beaches in Newcastle. The water is clear and calm, and the beaches are delicate and suitable for swimming. There will be lifeguards patrolling in the summer, surrounded by restaurants, desserts and bars, quiet but not cold, and likely to see whales and dolphins cruising in the sea in the right season.
Located in the north of the beach, the Norbes lighthouse (Nobbys Lighthouse) is the perfect location to enjoy the panoramic view of the city of Newcastle, within walking distance of about 800m from the parking lot. The lighthouse is open to visitors every Sunday from 10:00 to 4 p.m.
