Black Rock Falls's Namwaram Conservation Park in (East Kimberley Region), northeast Western Australia, is about 30 kilometers by car from the small town of Kununurra.
Black Rock Falls is named after being stained with minerals in the water into black rock cliffs. The waterfall is about 30 meters high, the lake flies down and falls into the submountain pool. It is spectacular during the rainy season, and the water pool below the waterfall is clear and the current is gentle. It is a popular place for locals to swim and enjoy picnics.
Note that the: Black Rock Falls is accessible only by four-drive cars, and the roads may be blocked after heavy rain.
