Like other Australian cities, Hobart has its own Royal Botanical Garden, (Queens Domain), the Queen's Reserve in the heart of Hobart, built in the early 19th century with many precious trees. Some trees can even be traced back to the nineteenth century. The Botanical Garden has a tourist center, including a restaurant, souvenir shop and gallery.
Traffic:
The botanical garden does not have a bus line, but can walk northeast from the city, ride or drive itself, follow Tasman Highway and turn into Lower Domain Road, about 2.3km. It takes about 30 minutes to walk, 15 minutes by bike and 8 minutes by car.
