The Lake Hart is located inland in the central part of South Australia, about 520 kilometers from the capital Adelaide of South Australia, about 55 kilometers from the Woomera of the small town, covering about 50 square kilometers.
The Lake Hart is located on the Stewart Road (Stuart Hwy) side and on the only way from Adelaide to Kubepedi (Coober Pedy), Ururu (Uluru), Alice Springs (Alice Springs), with clear road signs along the road. After stopping, you cross a railway (known as the Gan train The Ghan, which runs inland in Australia) to see an endless white salt lake, with traces of past salt mining and salt mine sites still visible. Because the Lake Hart is located in arid areas, for most of the time, the lake is dry, people can set foot on the lake bed full of beautiful white crystals; and after the rain, the lake has very shallow water, like most salt lakes, the lake will become extremely pure as a mirror, can reflect the sky, white clouds.
