Bunurong Marine National Park is located about 5 km southwest of Inverloch, a small coastal town in southern Victoria. It covers an area of 21 sq km and has about 5 km of coastline, with the rest of the sea.
Bunurong Marine National Park's beautiful coastline is littered with strange-shaped reefs, charming fine sand bays, rugged sand cliffs, dunes and protruding promontory. Coastal waters protect different types of living places, including inter-tidal reefs, subtidal reefs, seaweed clumps and seagrass beds. The water here is cool, much like the coast of Midwest Victoria, but far from King Island (King Island), is relatively unaffected by the southwestern surge. In addition, Bunurong Marine National Park is also an important source of dinosaur fossils in Australia. Fossils of bones and teeth from birds, fish, and so on, are displayed in (Bunurong Environment Centre), the Bonno Environmental Center in Inverloch, as well as a (Shell Museum), exhibition of dinosaurs and other fossils at the Shell Museum.
