Walhalla Goldfields Railway is operated and maintained by volunteers. passengers can start from the historic Walhalla train station and ride through the country town, canyons, waterfalls, rivers, historical bridges, and ending with Thompson train station (Thomson Station), with a one-way journey of about 4 kilometers, with a view no less than the famous Puffenbili steam train (Puffing Billy Railway)., all the way through the rural towns, canyons, waterfalls, rivers, and historical bridges.

Cost:

• Adult: 20 Australian dollars (round trip), 15 Australian dollars (one trip).
• Children (3 years old 16 years old): 15 Australian dollars (round trip), 12 Australian dollars (one way)
• Family (2): $50 (round trip), $30 (one way)

Schedule:

• Operate every Wednesday / Saturday / Sunday
• Walhalla leaves: 11: 00, 13:00
• Thompson leaves: 11: 40, 13:40
