Mamukala Wetlands is located in the Northern Territory's dual World Cultural and Natural Heritage site, east of Kakadu National Park (Kakadu National Park), about 30 km east from Djibouti (Jabiru), the main town of Kakadu National Park.
Mamukala Wetlands is a typical marsh landscape during the dry season, a famous bird-watching site in Kakadu National Park, where thousands of magpie geese gather in search of food. Mamukala Wetlands has built a watchtower and a 3-kilometer roundabout. It takes about an hour.
