Barnbougle Golf Club

425 Waterhouse Rd, Bridport TAS 7262, Australia

Introduction of Barnbougle Golf Club

Barnbougle Golf Club is located in northeast Tasmania, about 75 kilometers by car from Launceston, Tasmania's second-largest city, and the nearest town is (Birdport)., Brideport.

Barnbougle Golf Club boasts a world-class golf course, built in a purely Scottish style, characterized by its undulating fairway overlooking the spectacular (Bass Strait), view of the Bath Strait. The magnificent scenery and challenging 18-hole championship course make it one of the best golf courses in the world and have been voted Australia's best public golf course on several occasions.

Barnbler Golf course layout is a beautiful mix of sand dunes, sandy wasteland and typical design, a mixed design with cow hair lawn, extending from the serve point to the green, the ball in the rugged fairway and the undulating green area will produce dramatic movement. The best-designed nine-hole outside, the player passes a series of obstacles and a straight line test, while the back nine can see a spectacular multi-angle panorama, including the stadium, adjacent to the bay and the town of Bridgeport in the distance.

Barnbougle Golf Club takes the five-shot hole as the number one hole, and the good serve player can easily put the ball on the fairway to make a good start to the swing of the day, but the second shot will start to increase attention and avoid all kinds of bunker traps. Short shots are equally important. Because the first half of the green undulates, it is not a good place to push. If this hole can be made well, I am afraid there is not much welfare in the back. There were only three five-shot holes in the field, and the others were short-range but ingenious four-and three-shot holes. The final four-shot 18 hole faces the clubhouse and the player can see the top of the green close to the left rear and know how to deal with the attack. As a Links-style seaside stadium, the changeable weather of the Bambogu dunes is best praised by fans, with a gentle morning breeze, cloudless and cozy but failing to see the greatest magic of the pitch. When the afternoon wind rises, you will feel the Whisperer completely, and the evening strong wind will raise the player's confrontation with nature to a climax.

Barnbougle Golf Club also has an exercise range to arrange the green area and the barrier green area together. At the end of the day, you can go to the club's public clubhouse or to Barnborough's lost farm club, (Barnbougle Lost Farm Golf Resort).
