Introduction of Naracoorte

Naracoorte is located on the limestone coast southeast of Adelaide. (Limestone Coast), is about 333 kilometers from Adelaide and about 107 kilometers from (Mount Gambier), the second largest city in South Australia. Naracoorte, with a resident population of about 5000, is a large town with commercial facilities in limestone coastal areas. Naracoorte used to be dominated by agriculture and animal husbandry, but now tourism has become the main industry of Naracoorte. Naracoorte's most famous tourist attraction is Naracoorte Cave National Park (Naracoorte Caves National Park), which was listed as a World Heritage site in 1994. Boer lagoon (Bool Lagoon), 50 kilometers south of Naracoorte, is also a famous tourist destination in the area.
