Introduction of Maitland, SA

Maitland, SA (Maitland, NSW) is an inland city in central (Yorke Peninsula), west of Adelaide, about 162km by car from Adelaide and about 25km east from Adelson (Ardrossan). Westward from Victoria Harbour (Port Victoria) about 22 kilometers, resident population of about 1000 people.

Maitland, SA is very clean and neat, and the design of the town is modelled on Adelaide's neat CBD, streets surrounded by green space on all sides. Visitors to the self-driving Yorker Peninsula can consider spending the night in the Maitland, SA rest area, a well-equipped free area. In addition, the barley-piled winery (Barley Stacks Wines), 14 kilometers south of the town, is the first commercial winery on the Yorker Peninsula, opening daily from 10am to 5pm except for Christmas, and don't miss out on wine and gourmet tourists.

NSW also has a Maitland, SA (Maitland, NSW), with the same name as NSW's fifth-largest city. Be careful not to confuse it.
