Port Victoria is a small town on the west coast of (Yorke Peninsula), South Australia's Yorker Peninsula, about 200km by car from Adelaide, the capital of South Australia, with a permanent population of about 350people.
Like other small towns on York Peninsula, Port Victoria has a long trestle and wharf, and sunset trestle is a favorite target for photographers. Today, with the tourism boom in the Yorkshire Peninsula, the traditional shipping industry has been abandoned, today's Port Victoria is an excellent holiday destination, and fishing is the most popular activity in the town, during the annual holiday season. A large number of fishing enthusiasts gathered together, the excitement is extraordinary.
