I. New State goverment guarantees (NSW)
Application requirement
- The applicant is under 50 years of age;
- The nominating profession is on the list of goverment guarantees in the new state;
- IELTS needs to have more than 4 6 grades;
- Need for career assessment
The new state goverment guarantee should be relatively low threshold, does not need to meet the new state of learning, and no longer need to have a local job, you can apply. But also because of this, the number of applicants will be more, then the Immigration Service will choose from among the applicants to invite the excellent, so there is more competition. For example, two applicants are the same 70-point accountant, one from PY,NAATI and his spouse, and the other by a high IELTS score of 70, so if two people choose one to invite, Immigration may choose applicants with high IELTS scores. II. South Australia goverment guarantee
South Australia guarantees that the conditions are more stringent for those who do not study in South Australia. But if you are a South Australian graduate and find a major-related job after graduation, then South Australia should be a good choice.
South Australia has a few special points:
- The applicant's occupation is on the South Australia occupation list SNOL (State Nominated Occupation Lists), status & # 39 is available and meets the relevant requirements. If the occupation status becomes Special conditions or the occupation in the Supplementary Skilled List list, in addition to meeting the basic requirements, but also to meet special requirements;
- Working experience:
- At least 1 year of skilled working experience in the past 3 years;

- Applicants in Australia who wish to add points to Australian experience must have at least six months of experience in South Australia and are currently engaged in technical work in South Australia.
IELTS with no special requirements of 4 or more, A or G can be obtained within 3 years, for Health Professionals class, recognized OET examination, at least 4 B;
Work experience exemption: international students who have recently graduated from South Australia have completed at least one year (46 weeks) of study and have met any of the following criteria without requiring their work experience.
- Four IELTS, or an average of 7.5, and continue to settle in South Australia; o
- (B) is currently engaged in a ANZSCO level1-4 occupation in South Australia and works more than 20 hours a week; o
- If the SA career list requires additional work experience (for example, 2-3 years of work experience in the same field), Applicants must now be engaged in nominating occupations or highly related occupations in South Australia (no more than 20 hours a week) and require a letter of recommendation from the employer.
If you are studying but are not in South Australia, you will not be able to apply for South Australia guarantees.
Excellent graduates are exempt from working experience and IELTS requirements. Excellent graduates generally include:
- Completion of a research master or Ph.D., o
- Undergraduate GPA 6.0, o
- Teaching master's degree GPA 6. 0 (undergraduate degree completed in south Australia).
For South Australian graduates, but currently outside the country, you can apply according to the supplementary list and the list of occupations with special restrictions.
If South Australian graduates are currently in South Australia, if they do not find a job, but English is very good (IELTS 4 7), it is possible to waive the requirements of work experience. If you already have a job in South Australia, the English requirement is exempt.
III. Tasmania goverment guarantee

The three categories of population-appropriate requirements of the goverment State of Tazhou are as follows:
- For applicants with one year of Tasmanian study experience, if the applicant has completed one year of study in Tahrena and has obtained a recognized secondary school degree or above (including Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Bachelor, Graduate Certificate, Graduate Diploma, Master, PHD), the following conditions must be met:
- The nominating profession is on the CSOL list;
- There is a real will to work and live in Tahrena;
For applicants outside Tasown
- If there is a formal Tasmanian job offer, the following conditions need to be met: the job must be related to the nominating profession, and the nominating profession must be on the SMP State guarantee list (Tasmania State Migration Plan);
- If there's a relative in Talla, there's no need for job offer.. However, the following conditions remain to be met:
- Relatives (including parents, own children, aunts, grandparents) need to be permanent residents or citizens of Australia;
- Relatives need to live in Tazhou for more than 12 months;
- The relative is required to agree to assist the applicant in finding a job in Tahon;
