Australia's beauty is not lying at home, brush Time line can feel yo.

A lot of small scenic spots, travel agencies will not take you to, driving also can not reach, can only rely on walking!

No wonder Australians have such a group of hikers

Let me tell you today, six of the best camping, hiking places in Victoria.

From junior to advanced, from a day to a week, all of them!

Turn off the computer and carry your backpack. Let's go.

1、The Cathedral Ranges

First of all, recommend a first-class one-day hiking site, The Cathedral Ranges..

Located in the northeast corner of Victoria, it takes only two hours to drive from Melbourne. It's very convenient.

The recommended route is Wells Cave Track. on top of Razorback Track. The whole route is long and difficult, many are steep, and many experienced hikers are sweating.

But the angle of view of the entire route is very good, and walking can overlook the entire forest and range..

After hours of climbing, your hands and feet start to ache. But when you get to the top of the hill, 360 has no dead corners overlooking the whole view, you'll feel it's worth it!

This route can be completed in one day, and the campsite is easy to find if you want to spend the night here. A total of three campsites, both Neds Gully and Cooks Mill, need to be booked in advance, and the Farmyard campsite is free of charge.

2、CAPE SCHANCK

Introduced the steep, but also for you like to relax, comfortable walk of friends recommend a good place.

Located at the tip of the Mornington Peninsula, the Cape Schanck is only a 90-minute drive from Melbourne. This place is really good for walking all the year round to see the splendor of the waves pounding on the cliff.

In the CAPE SCHANCK parking lot, follow the wooden road, which leads to the famous and historic lighthouse. Standing at the top of a view of the coast, if there is sunset or sunrise, it is really beautiful ah.

The whole road was paved with artificial planks and it was easy to walk. There are also two famous attractions-Devils Desk and Pulpit Rock,-for tourists to take photos of.

If you still want to challenge yourself, then move on. It takes about two hours to get to Bushrangers Bay..

It has some of the best coastal views, rocks, waves, towering cliffs and even small animals.

3. THE GRAMPIANS

Crampians National Park is a paradise for hikers! Can go by day, can come at night, can one day travel, also can camp overnight, and has multiple routes, multiple scenery, for your choice. I can't imagine where to go for a walk. Come here! it's only a 3-hour drive from Melbourne.

Crampians sits on rugged sandstone hills, and from the top of the hill you can see a sharp contrast between the surrounding flat farmland and stacked range.

For friends who just want to take a walk, recommend the The Balconies Lookout route. The road is relatively flat, and 2km is able to walk to the panoramic observation point of Victoria Valley. There are lots of rocks, vegetation, and a lot of interesting little attractions along the way. Small effort, big reward, perfect!

The road below McKenzie Falls is best during off-peak season or spring, when waterfalls are plentiful. Follow the 5.5Km route of Pinnacle, with fantastic waterfall views and mountain views, for about two hours and three hours. Please wear good grip shoes. There will be waterfall spatter so the ground is slippery and there are lots of places to jump forward.

Of course, it's also very friendly to camping friends. The Grampians Paradise campsite has first-class facilities, including heating, air conditioning and a lounge (table tennis is actually in the lounge, you can believe?). And the camp itself is a great viewing platform.

4. LAKE EILDON

Lake Eildon National Park has been famous for all kinds of water sports, but in fact, the jungle scenery here is also very beautiful.

The same distance from Melbourne is only three hours by car.

If you want to have a mild one and enjoy the sights of Lake Eildon and Mount Buller, we recommend that you try Blowhard Circuit walk.. Start at the Wallaby Bay parking lot, follow Merlo's Lookout Track, climb over a hard and steep ridge, and stop at the intersection with Blowhard Spur Track. Here, you will see an unparalleled beauty!

There are also three campsites-Lakeside, Candlebark and Devil Cove, both adjacent to water, well-equipped and very quiet. It has bath facilities, potable water and fireplace.

5. WILSONS PROMONTORY

Wilsons Promontory is the best place to go hiking & camping in the summer. Think of the undamaged beaches, rainforests and wildlife, driving three hours is nothing.

Many quiet beaches here can only be reached on foot or by boat, so it is an undisturbed paradise for hikers.

This is not a one-day tour, three days, two nights, it is necessary, and many campgrounds in the park can stay for up to two nights in a row, just right.

From Telegraph Saddle, go straight down the path to Sealers Cove,. This is our first stop-glass turquoise bay and campsite. This color, really does not match its name, is really as transparent as glass, as bright as turquoise.

Be sure to check tide time before traveling, as it is very dangerous to cross Seopard Creek to the campsite and to reach a depth of 1.5 meters during the high tide.

After spending the first night at the camp, the next day we went to Little Waterloo Bay, where we were the next day's destination and our second campsite.

On the third day, you can return from the shorter 4WD path to Telegraph Saddle. But if you have enough time, you can choose a more beautiful route to Tidal River.. During the peak season, there will always be a shuttle between, Tidal River and Telegraph Saddle Carpark to carry tourists back and forth.

Hiking, tourism is part of the landscape, in the process of walking down the rhythm, enjoy walking slowly, quiet view of the fun.

Traveling is not just taking a bus, staying in a hotel, seeing scenic spots, taking pictures.

I hope everyone can learn to slow down and enjoy this way of traveling with nature.
