As international students, students must have all the terms and conditions of their own student visa! Visa holders may not work more than 40 hours a fortnightly (with the exception of work required by the course) during the course and are unrestricted during the holiday period; they may not work prior to the opening of the course for visa holders; Holders of research master's or doctorate visas are allowed to work unrestricted.

CRICOS-registered Australian schools must be maintained and meet school attendance and performance requirements. If you need to change the curriculum or move to a new school, students can only switch to courses of the same or higher level.

For example:

Students who study undergraduate courses cannot be replaced with three-or four-level certificate courses.

On the other hand, students of CET-4 can go to pre-college or Diploma courses.

Proper health insurance must be held while in Australia. In accordance with the terms, students are required to hold valid OSHC student insurance.

Students must continue to meet the requirements of visa applications, such as continuing to meet sufficient financial capacity, and so on.

Family members with school age of more than 3 months are required to make proper arrangements for their school studies.

Visa holders under 18 years of age must have proper living arrangements during their stay in Australia, where they must reside:

  • Parents or legal guardians, o
  • A relative of good character who is designated to have attained the age of 21, o
  • A host family arranged at school.

Students are not allowed to enter Australia until they are accommodated, and any change in custody must be approved by the school and certified in writing.

Admission to Australia is required within 7 days with the registered address of the school, any change of address needs to be notified to the school within 7 days, and the change of the school must be notified within 7 days before the school.
