Marcelin Beach (Maslin Beach) is located in the southern part of Adelaide, the capital of South Australia, about an hour's drive from the heart of Adelaide.
In 1975, the southern beach of Marcelin Beach was officially declared Australia's first naked beach, also known as Australia. So far, Marcellin Beach is the only naked beach in South Australia.
