After more than 80 years of operation, the Gan train has become a real scenic line on Australia's central rail line. Between Adelaide and Darwin, this continental train offers passengers the purest view of Australia, from the lush landscapes of the interior to the lush tropics of the north.

First-class carriages are available in limited quantities:
- Passenger limit (only 25 boxes, that is, 50 passengers).

- The spacious space (3, 65 x 2, 1 m) is almost twice the size of the kangaroo cabin.
- Standard room (2 single beds) or double (1 queen bed), no single box available. Train attendants will provide passengers with a full set of sheets, pillows and down quilts.

Due to space restrictions, guests are advised to carry only overnight baggage on the train, other than baggage for check-in.
