National Military Vehicle Museum is located within (RAAF Base Edinburgh), the Edinburgh base of the Royal Australian Air Force, on the northern outskirts of South Australia's capital Adelaide, about 30 kilometers from the city of Adelaide.
National Military Vehicle Museum is open to the public every Sunday and is very popular with military and car enthusiasts. The museum was founded in 1993 to preserve all kinds of vehicles that have been used for military purposes since World War I, including military vehicles. National Military Vehicle Museum is located in a World War II historic building, most of the exhibition vehicles are privately owned by members of the Association, and the vehicles on display here are well-maintained. And registration procedures are complete, can drive directly onto the road.
