Selwyn Snow Resort is located inland in central New South Wales, within (Kosciuszko National Park), near the Victorian border, about 495 kilometers by car from Sydney, the capital of New South Wales, and about 215 kilometers from Canberra, the Australian capital.
Selwyn Snow Resort is considered to be the best ski resort in Australia with the best primary skateboarding, and it is a perfect ski venue for families with children and ski beginners. However, since Selwyn Snow Resort itself does not have accommodation and shuttle bus services, it is recommended that you book hotels in advance and drive yourself to the resort.
There are four ski resorts in Cousseucau National Park, with the exception of Selwyn Snow Resort, the three other resorts are: the (Thredbo), Charlotte Parks ski resort (Charlotte Pass) and the Pelischer ski resort (Perisher), Both offer a rich selection of accommodations suitable for a variety of budgets.
