Cape Range National Park, on the Ningaloo Marine Park in Western Australia, is about 506 square kilometers with a narrow terrain, the northernmost of which is about 40 kilometers from Exmouth, the main town on the Ninglo coast, and 1,300 kilometers from Perth, the capital of Western Australia.
Cape Range National Park is scenic and boasts a variety of fantastic terrain, including beaches, wetlands, forests, caves, rugged limestone range and 50-kilometer-long white sandy beach, while there are a wide variety of wildlife, and it's easy to encounter herds of kangaroos, emu and lizards while walking or driving in the park. Inside Cape Range National Park, where swimming, diving, fishing and camping are available, Turquoise Bay and the Vlamingh Head Lighthouse are Cape Range National Park's most famous attractions.
Many of the roads in Cape Range National Park are dirt or stone roads, and it's recommended to rent a four-drive car to explore some inaccessible hidden treasure spots, including Shothole and Charles Knife Canyon, the five-kilometer jungle hiking trail that connects the two to form a stunning inland landscape, with many hidden caves and tunnels beneath the rugged plateau, perching on a variety of rare cave animals such as this rodent. In addition, the Mangrove Bay is a covert bird spot with close access to seabirds and wading birds, and the Mandu Mandu Gorge, which also boasts the perfect jungle trail, has plenty of birds.
