Lake Saint Clair is located in the west-central part of Tasmani Island, covering an area of about 28 square kilometers and reaching a depth of 215m. It's Australia's deepest lake,. Lake Saint Clair, and lullaby (Cradle Mountain) together to make up the lullaby-Lake Saint Clair National Park (Cradle Mountain-Lake St Clair National Park).
Although Lake Saint Clair and Cradle Hill are in the same national park, there is no road link between the two places, Lake Saint Clair can enter from the southern entrance, and the area close to the lullaby mountain needs to bypass the entire national park from the north.
Although there is no road link between Cradle Hill and Lake Saint Clair, there is a 65-kilometer-long Saint's Walk, (Overland Track), Luck Hill and Lake Saint Clair, which are the starting point and the end point, respectively. It takes about six days to complete the journey. The walkway attracts hundreds of hikers each year to realize their dreams, climbing to the highest peaks of Tasmania and the surrounding mountains and trees.
