Indian Head, Fraser Island QLD 4581, Australia

Introduction of Indian Head

(Fraser Island, Queensland) located on the east coast of Australia, north of Brisbane, Queensland, about 400km from Brisbane and covering an area of 1620 square kilometers, is the largest sand island in the world and was listed on the World Heritage list in 1992.

Indian Head is located on the east coast of Fraser Island, 75 miles north of (Seventy Five Mile Beach), about 60 meters high, is the only high point on 75 miles of beach. Indian Head was named after the famous Captain Cook, (Captain Cook), but there have never been Indians here. Just because Captain Cook passed by, mistakenly treating the island's aborigines as Indians, this historical misunderstanding continues to this day. Indian Head, like a warden, looks back at the beautiful island home. Not only can Indian Head, find many sea passers-by, such as sharks, dolphins, manatees, turtles, devils, and so on, You can also see the young sandbanks extending northward on Freitzer Island. The coastline from Champagne Pool (Champagne Pools) to Indian Head is a shrine for many photography enthusiasts.
