Mount Whitfield Conservation Park is located on the northwest outskirts of Cairns, a famous tourist city on the northeast coast of Queensland, about 6 kilometers from Cairns.
Whitfield range (Whitfield Range) 's rainforest hillsides form a beautiful background of the city, with walks shuttling through tree-lined rainforest valleys, dry open forests and cycad-produced grasslands. Visitors often encounter Australian turkeys, orange-foot pheasants and elegant honey birds that like to dig hills. The two connected circular walkways provide a view of the city of Cairns, (Trinity Bay) of Trinity Bay and the northern coast. Challenge the short but steep 1.5 km Red Arrow (Red Arrow) Ring Trail, plus the more challenging Blue Arrow (Blue Arrow) Ring Trail, a total of 6.6 km (four to five hours), and can choose a 400m branch trail to the (Mount Lumley Hill) scenic spot in Lurei Mountain (325m), and can have a picnic at the scenic spot between the circular walkways.
