Northam, Windward Balloon Adventures's small town in (Avon Valley), western Australia, has been in operation since 1982 and is one of Australia's oldest and most experienced carriers of hot air balloons.
Windward Balloon Adventures runs every day from April to the end of November, and in the early hours of each day, visitors will be taken by giant hot-air balloons to a height of about 600m to receive the magnificent sunrise of the Ifen Valley in the air. The balloons will drift slowly in the valleys for about an hour. Visitors have plenty of time to enjoy Western Australia's brightly colored rural landscapes, including rolling hills, lush fields and winding streams, and, after the balloon falls, offer visitors a full traditional French breakfast and champagne. The whole journey will last for four to five hours.
